If the goods you have received are not what you need, MEDELA AUSTRALIA PTY LTD may accept the return of goods in accordance with the following conditions:

  • No returns will be accepted unless authorised by a MEDELA AUSTRALIA PTY LTD Customer Service Representative.

  • All returns must have a Returns Authority (RA) number clearly shown on the external return packaging. A RA number will be provided by our Customers Service Team when you contact them to discuss your return by telephone or fax.
    The issue of a RA number does not mean that the returned goods will be accepted or a credit will be granted.

  • Returned goods must be in original condition. Packaged goods must be unopened, unmarked and in saleable condition. MEDELA AUSTRALIA PTY LTD may reject returned goods that do not comply with this condition unless MEDELA AUSTRALIA PTY LTD has requested their return or the goods were defective at the time of supply and compliance is not possible.

  • All claims for credit must be communicated to MEDELA AUSTRALIA PTY LTD within thirty (30) days of dispatch or discovery of defect in the goods.

  • Goods returned for credit must be accompanied by a copy of MEDELA AUSTRALIA PTY LTD packing slip or invoice, or documentation showing the customer’s name, date of purchase and a notation clearly stating the reason for return.
